Free shipping on all orders to the continental United States.
We pack and ship every website order ourselves, from Tremonton, Utah. Orders ship by the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
We ship with USPS or UPS, whichever works best for your package. Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship.
You will get an email with tracking information when your order ships.
We currently ship only to the continental US. If you need delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or an APO/FPO address, email us and we will see what we can do.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it free once you confirm the right address.
Cancellations and changes
Need to cancel or change your order? Email info@progressiveplacebo.us or call +1 385-240-2610 as soon as possible. Since orders ship by the next business day, please reach out quickly. We can cancel or change an order free of charge until it ships.
Damaged, wrong, or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or is the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we will help.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
Unopened items in their original packaging get a full refund of the product price.
Opened items: if you are not happy, we offer a one-time refund on one opened bottle per customer.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
To start a return, email info@progressiveplacebo.us with your order number. Then mail the item to Progressive Placebo LLC, 736 N 100 W, Tremonton, UT 84337. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can match it to your order.
For safety reasons, returned items are not resold.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it. If you paid for shipping, it is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Amazon orders
If you bought our products on Amazon, please start your return or refund through your Amazon account, under Your Orders. Amazon handles those orders directly. You are still welcome to contact us with any question.
