Information we collect

Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, the products you buy, and your order history.
Account details: if you register an account, your name, email, username, and password (stored in encrypted form).
Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email, phone, or text.
Payment details: card and PayPal details are entered with our payment processors, not stored by us. We only see limited details such as the card type, last four digits, and whether the payment went through.
Device and usage details: your IP address, browser, device type, pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and similar data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

To process, ship, and support your order, including sending order confirmations, invoices, and shipping updates.

Payment processors

Payments on our site are handled by WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal through WooCommerce PayPal Payments. When you pay, your payment information goes directly to them and is handled under their privacy policies: https://stripe.com/privacy and https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. We keep account information until you ask us to delete it or close your account. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s retention settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and trusted payment processors. No website is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children
