Our products are honest placebos, also called open-label placebos, and a pretend-play bedtime cream. They contain no medicine: Magic Bullet capsules have no active ingredients, Magic Bullet JR. chewables contain vitamin C, and No Ghost Repellent is a lavender-scented cream for external use only. They are sold openly for what they are, and we tell you so up front.
Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a doctor or other qualified health professional. Do not stop, skip, or change any prescribed medication or treatment because you are using our products. Talk to your doctor before making any change to your care, and seek medical help right away for any serious or urgent symptoms.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Experiences with placebos vary from person to person. We make no promise of any particular result. Any research we mention is shared for general information and does not mean you will get the same results.

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
If you send us a review, testimonial, or story, you let us use, edit for length, and display it on our website and marketing, with your first name or initials unless you ask otherwise. Please be honest and do not include anyone else’s private information. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or unlawful.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Progressive Placebo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Box Elder County, Utah, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
